Eric O’Keefe is a national conservative leader who has been active in politics for more than 35 years. He is a central figure in the so-called “John Doe” investigation in Wisconsin that has shocked the consciences of conservatives everywhere. Eric defied demands from Milwaukee prosecutors that he remain silent about the investigation that targeted him, his trusted associates, and more than 29 other conservative organizations. As a result of Eric’s refusal to stay silent, conservatives in Wisconsin are now aware of the home raids, massive sweeps of emails and confidential documents, and other unconstitutional conduct against them. Today, Eric is leading the litigation and other activities to hold those behind these violations accountable for their civil rights abuses. Eric will discuss the current state of the John Doe investigation and his plans to help every victim seek justice. He will also help attendees understand how the same tactics have been adopted in other states, and the network of “progressive” and establishment political leaders who are driving this strategy.
